As psychotherapists and doulas, we have a unique perspective on the prenatal and postpartum experience. Perinatal mental health is our area of expertise and our passion. We provide counseling for women and their partners who are in need of support in the following areas:

Counseling for Birth Professionals
Those who work in the birth field can face a unique set of challenges with regards to their own mental and emotional well-being. Anxiety, stress, and vicarious trauma can create struggles for doulas, midwives, and other individuals working within the birth arena. We are happy to provide counseling to birth professionals, specifically geared towards the challenges in this field.

The Haven Group also provides general therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. If there is a challenge you are facing that is not listed above, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If your needs are outside our scope, we are happy to refer you to a colleague.
 
***We currently accept BCBS PPO, Blue Choice, and United Healthcare. We can often work as out of network providers with other insurance companies. Therapy must be afforadable and sustainable, therefore financial options can always be discussed.
